Absolutely. We offer customised design proposals tailored to your property brand — fonts, colours, logo usage, material finish, signage placement can all be coordinated to reflect your unique identity. We encourage you to send specs and/or a sketch and we’ll work with you from there.

We’re based in the Lower Mainland and serve the Greater Vancouver area (including the Tri-Cities and surrounding region).
If you are outside this region we can discuss logistical options (shipping, installation partner) on a case-by-case basis.

Lead time depends on material choice, design complexity, signage quantity and site conditions. After you submit your specs or sketch, we will:

• Provide design proposals + pricing
• Finalise materials and installation logistics
• Fabricate the signage in-house
• Coordinate professional installation (we handle install in our service region)
  For simpler unit-number or door signage the turnaround may be faster; for large monument signs expect longer fabrication and install coordination.

For exterior signs like monument or entrance panels we ensure proper finishing, mounting hardware, and weather-appropriate materials.

We handle both manufacture and installation (within our service region). Our experience in the signage industry spans decades — we not only build quality signs but install them professionally to ensure correct placement, mounting, and longevity.
